All our business partners are expected to comply with the code of business ethics and the principles of practice that support it.

RECRUITMENT

A defined common recruitment process is applied in Atış Group. Our most important criteria in the process are the education level, technical knowledge and skills, experience and competencies required by the position. We keep our “Values”, which guide us in all our business and relationships, at the center of the recruitment process, take them as a guide and prefer candidates who have our common values and can adapt to our Group culture.

During this process, the candidates are informed by Company’s Human Resources department via phone and e-mail through the relevant portals.

After the evaluation process, a job offer may be made by the relevant Atış Group to the candidates who are deemed suitable, or they may be informed that we will keep their information on record and follow up for future evaluation.
